Questions

What happens when the preview ends?

Payments will go through PayPal. Files that do not take the Pass keep everything in the Free column: the writer, the guides and up to 3 open requests with their log. Nothing is deleted when a Pass ends; requests above the free limit stay readable, and you can close or delete them.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in PayPal. The Pass runs to the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

Does paying change anything about the law?

No. The Pass buys tools: more requests in a file, letters, a calendar feed, printing and CSV. It does not buy faster answers, legal advice or any contact with an office.
