Information, not legal advice

Sunfile gives general information about the Ohio Public Records Act and drafts letters from what you type. It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice; using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Read the statute, and for anything that matters, ask a lawyer.

You send, you decide

Sunfile never sends a request, serves a complaint or contacts any office for you. You choose what to ask for, whom to ask, and what to send, and you are responsible for it. Do not use Sunfile to harass anyone or for anything unlawful.

Your file

Keep your file’s link private; anyone with it can see and change the file. Sunfile cannot recover a lost link. Do not put other people’s sensitive personal information in a file.

Prices

Prices are on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged. Once payments open, a Pass renews until you cancel it in PayPal, and runs to the end of the period paid for.

No guarantee

Sunfile is provided as is. WeldonPC works to keep it accurate and running but does not promise that it is free of errors or always available, and is not liable for how a request turns out.
